Terms & Conditions*

  • Every re-scheduling request will be charged at Rs 10 extra.
  • Rs 50 or 25% (whichever is higher) will be deducted from courier charges for cancellation request.
  • To avoid any transit issues, customer must provide required invoice and forms.
  • Octroi charges and any other charges must be borne by the customer.
  • If the courier has been returned for any reason, customer has to pay the returning charges.
  • Courier company shall reweight the parcel, if found more customer has to pay the charges for the extra weight.
  • For any refund or claim, customer has to deal directly with the logistic company. If the claim is successful we will deduct Rs 50 or 25% (whichever is higher) as processing fees.

  • Dangerous Goods+
  • Insurance+
